Emily Caliguiri

Emily is a lawyer who advises clients in a wide range of matters, with a particular interest in wills, estate planning & powers of attorney, family trusts and commercial law. Her clients range from individuals to high-net-worth families and small to large businesses. She also has experience in trade marks, entertainment law, property and litigation.

Emily completed her Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce degrees at Monash University and was admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Victoria in August 2023.

She has a commercial and client focused approach to her work and enjoys drawing on her experiences in different areas of law and in corporate risk management.

Emily understands the value of tailored communication and always strives to provide clear, accessible advice to her clients. She enjoys taking a holistic and practical approach to her client’s matters.
